TV kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night. cleaning crew would yell in the hallway and wake me up every morning. told the front desk and was not helpful at all. would not recommend. never had cotton pads or qtips or shower caps. was not helpful.

Positives: Plenty of room and this location did alot to accommodate those who keep kosher or other needs. The size of the kitchen area made this a place we would want to come back to with our kids

Negatives: Some of the esthetics are dated, such as carpet etc. Having an umbrella station with beach hairs on the beach would be nice it was difficult to carry all the chairs ourselves with the kids

Positives: Room: Loved the kitchenette. I think the room could use an ottoman, somewhere to sit to put on shoes, etc. Hotel: Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the hotel coffee was really good. Location: Excellent location. Close to beach, shopping and walking paths. Beach: the beach was beautiful. Clean and quiet.

Positives: location was good. staff was friendly

Negatives: hotel is a dump. everything is old and broken. not ADA compliant. mattress was old and not functional. I was rolled into the middle of the mattress and sunk in, giving me a terrible back ache. the refrigerator made loud banging noises I had to unplug and the ADA roll in shower leaked water into the bedroom area from the sloped/uneven bathroom tiles, which prevented me from showering.
