Negatives:
Thry did not clean the room once for the 3days i was there, they charged a 150.00 for a late check out that was never refunded and they charged 45$ resort fee that i was not made aware of. Overall i would never recommend nor stay at this hotel ever again.

Building works next door which made it very noisy so couldn't relax by the pool and breakfast was so noisy Annoying that the hotel didn't notify this.

Staff are horrible. I dont know where to start from but to make things short almost all staff and especially the managers harassed us. Theyre careless and management is horrible. Contradicting words, sketchy behavior we felt being stalked at this hotel. Biggest scam. We felt harassed and I couldnt wait to leave the hotel with the most horrible managers who violate your boundaries to next level. I honestly never seen customer service like this anywhere in USA. Also the rooms are beyond small. There was also pee on the bathroom floor apon our arrival. Light was broken and had to asked twice to have them come fix and wait over a day.

I stayed about 6nights at sls south beach Miami, excellent hotel, good staff and very comfortable
Positives:
The staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. Very comfy bed and pillows. The shower was very spacious definitely room for two. Loved the beach was very close and the towel and beach chair staff were great. The use of the complimentary car service was an added bonus.

Our carpet had a rip at the seam exposing a nail which I stepped on a couple of times. I had to place a towel over it to keep from scrapping the bottom of my foot. We were "upgraded" to a balcony I have much rather stuck to the city view I originally reserved. $33 for 2 bottled sodas and water from The Shack is a bit over priced.
