We had a great stay at Balfour! A really nice hotel on a good location and great service, specially Navi at the front desk who is so kind and helpful! Beach chairs and umbrella, bicycles and welcome drinks at the hotel bar, wich was very nice! Definitely we’re gonna be back!

The room was clean, stylish and spacious. The staff was friendly and ready to help 24h. The pool was small but we like it. The location was perfect.

It was dark in the room, there is not enough light. The soundproofing isn’t so good either.

I go to Miami at least once a year, and I'm surprised I've never found this hotel! It's a hidden gem in the Art Deco district. The hotel is upgraded and modern and the room was so cozy and chic, LOVED the mid century modern aesthetics. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the things needed (clothing steamer, luxury toiletries, water bottles, gourmet coffee, fridge/safe, etc). There's beach access and within walking distance to a lot of things. The front desk was also very accommodating and super friendly! I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow one. Overall, amazing value 11/10 and I cannot wait to come back!!!
Negatives:
The only gripe was it was a little rainy during my stay and the walk to my room required being outdoors and getting wet. Not that big of a deal, but wish there was some kind of covering

Perfect location, less than a block from the beach, close enough to a lot of restaurants but not above, they provide fresh beach towels, and beach service, the personal was extremely friendly, William, Elise, Navi and Shawn were the best but I’m sure I’m forgetting more people, I would come back for sure!

They were doing some maintenance work on the hallway but they transferred me to a another room

We were greeted by William who instantly made us feel at home. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave us a thorough overview of what our booking entailed including the use of push bikes and beach loungers and an umbrella .
The location is perfect… right beside the action but just far enough away to be quiet
