Negatives: Majority of the staff were so rude. The security officer made me feel uncomfortable. She had a nasty attitude the things that she was saying out her mouth was so inappropriate. My hot tub did not get hot at all on my balcony, the hot tub for the guess never got hot I called down, lobby. Several times Mr. G kept telling me he will send someone up. No one never showed up.

Negatives: Only thing, that made me question this hotel, was the lack of cleanliness. I could easily see our room had not been dusted for weeks. Also the floor had not been wiped properly. Toilet and shower, also sheets and towels, were clean. The hotel was definitely not up to its price range because of insufficient cleaning.

Negatives: For the price we paid I feel like everything should be updated not looking old and the I wanted to lay on the hammock swing but it looked dirty and old. We were having issues with getting in our room because of the key card chip on the door was damaged. Also I feel like valet parking was a little too expensive for the amount of money we paid for the room

Negatives: The system was down when we checked in and we couldn't get keys. The keys never worked and manager kept blaming us. Ice machine on our floor didn't work either and the corridor carpet was dirty.

Negatives: The front desk staff were impolite, and the amenities were outdated.

Negatives: Mold in the restroom and hallways. Fire alarm kept going off, furniture was worn out, sofa bed very dirty/stained and old/uncomfortable, and the room decor was outdated and not upkept.

Negatives: I wish we had more towels in our room.

Negatives: The hotel was very dated and they charged for everything, lost room key, extra towels, parking. The list could go on.

Negatives: They didn’t give me or my daughter breakfast and it says included

Negatives: The decor was very dated and furnishings were well worn. Although they claim to have room service, nobody ever answered that line. I tried multiple times over multiple days. At first it was because my partner was sick so we were staying in but eventually it was just to see if they would ever pick up. In fact, they didn't have a room service menu in the room. They were kind to bring us one quickly, but it was a waste because no one answered the room service line. They're stingy with the towels. When we got to the room, there were 2 bath towels and no wash cloths. We called and asked for more, which they promptly brought. However, by the third day, we were out of washcloths & they didn't replenish them when they serviced the room. They had signs in the elevator promoting the dj at the pool on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, but there was no dj. The most disappointing thing was the rooftop hot tub, which was the biggest reason we selected this hotel. The hot tub was drained. I assume we could have filled it, but then it would be like a bath (not chlorinated / salt water). It was so filthy that we didn't want to use it. There were no spa amenities, which I thought they offered. I did call ahead to confirm, so I knew that before we arrived and we made spa reservations at another property. If I hadn't prepaid for the room, we absolutely would have moved to a different property during the vacation.

Negatives: The hot tub needs to be activated by staff and the person took forever

Negatives: Lack of communication between guests and staff .. I also informed management that I was/ still currently missing a Nike windbreaker and I have not heard anything from management about when they will be sending it this was in November of 2023

Negatives: The room did not correspond to the pictures in the advertisement. Broken pergola roofs, rusty chairs that ruined clothes.
