Positives:
The room was everything we needed for a one night layover between flights, comfortable and all facilities needed. Uber was organised by the hotel for transfers to and from airport. Staff were very helpful on finding an issue with the booking. Slept well and returned to the airport following a good nights sleep. Would stay again if transiting Miami.
Negatives:
On arrival the hotel couldnt locate our booking via Booking.Com although I had all the relevant information, fortunately we were able to book another room but not at the price originally booked via Booking.Com so it cost us extra money. Not sure if the booking issue was due to the hotel or Booking.Com

Our room was given to someone else due to our plane being delayed even though I called the hotel multiple times and let them know that we were still coming and that our plane kept getting delayed
Negatives:
We were told they were all sold out and all the other hotels close by were also sold out. We ended up having to stay in the hotel lobby.
