Was checked into a room that was obviously dirty. The room smelled like a urinal, the bed was lumpy and dirty. The AC didn't work. Totally nasty and disgusting room. I immediately requested a room change but this just ruined it for me.

Reception clerk was very friendly, professional and polite. He was the only good thing about the entire hotel.

The elevators took forever, staff with service trolleys and a repair man with a tool trolley both got into the elevator and made us wait for the next one, lights didn’t work in the room, bed was awkward misshapen and uncomfortable, linens were not clean, pillows smelt bed, shower leaked so badly it flooded the bathroom floor and leaked through the glass window into the bedroom, aircon unit is covered by a desk so does not cool properly, paint on ceiling was peeling off, hallway had dirt splattered up one wall. Entire hotel smelled stale and dirty and looked unkept.
