the lobby area was always clean.
Negatives:
room was not cleaned. floor wet from refrigerator on floor or a/c unit. water leaked onto the floor outside shower enclosure during a shower. your staff needs to be trained in US standard customer service. some were really professional. But there was one guy (wore Hugo boss T-shirt inside his gray blazer) don’t know his name, but seemed like he hated his job. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the worst experience. the room was wet from a/c. maintenance came one day, used a towel to wipe the floor and said they would return. never saw them again.
front desk staff only two members were friendly. I checked out 2/20 at 12:18 pm. he was not helpful, behaved like he didn’t like his job. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. Everyone from Front Desk personnel, maintenance people, cleaning crew, etc. were super friendly and helpful, they really made the difference. I loved the fact that the gym was 24/7 and it was nice and clean, a bit small but with the right equipment. The location was also very good, everything you'll need is within a 2 mile radius

I was not entirely satisfied with the room. The bed was nice and comfy but I didn't like the shower head, it wasn't a pleasant bath at all. The phone didn't work even though maintenance people came to fix it. The TV movie channels were not in HD for the most part and the room was not sound proofed at all, I could literally hear the next door guest snoring which made my nights a nightmare. Another thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was with the breakfast menu, no buffet at all and just a few options to order through a kitchen window.
