The body wash was completely empty when I went to take a shower late at night after checking in. I called the care line around 11 pm to let them know but they never sent. Got woken up by housekeeping at 10 (seemed a bit early to me) and I said I was fine that I just needed body wash but she never came back. I had to call again, wait for someone and missed breakfast as well as being late to my event at the convention.

hotel was overbooked; we were supposed to have a room with two beds; instead we were given a room with a pull out sofa-bed and another portable bed that was wheeled in later; beds were uncomfortable.

I booked and paid for a room with king size bed, when I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have my room, so they gave me a doble full beds room. My wife and I slept in separate beds, way to start our vacation.
