Positives: We are using the covered parking garage for a 3 month trip to Argentina. Room was large and had some fitness equipment in the room. The hotel is a wellness theme hotel. Restaurant food was very good and priced about $15 US a plate. There isn't a large menu but enough for the traveler for dinner and breakfast.

Negatives: Nothing to speak about.

Positives: The food was good. The room was satisfactory in size and cleanliness. Felt unsafe in the area where facility is located.

Negatives: Check in was horrible. Tony P. was very arrogant and a bully. I booked through Booking.com. Our reservation had been cancelled by the hotel. I called Booking.com at the suggestion of Tony P. and they said the reservation was active. While I had Booking.com on the phone with me (on speaker), Tony kept telling me to hang up that he would take care of me. First he said there were no rooms available then when my husband was on the phone with IHG corporate office, he magically found one.

Positives: Good price, worked for what I needed, staff was nice enough, bed was comfy, very unique to have a workout corner in each room

Negatives: Front desk got extra hangers up to me right when I asked but never got extra towels up after telling me it’d be about 45 minutes. Kind of a sketchy are, not enough parking, you get charged each time you leave the parking garage $5 during the day along with the advertised $15 a night. Some imperfections throughout the hotel to make it look more low end
