Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy). Positives: What breakfast? When we got down there (before 9am) there was nothing left except a mess and there was no one to ask about getting anything. We were not told the night before what time breakfast would be available.

Negatives: I read on like that there was a shuttle to airport. Made my plans around this. Was told very rudely that there was no shuttle and was given very little help on rectifying my situation.

Positives: I liked how it was easy access to where I was trying to get where I was going. A convention at the double tree hotel

Negatives: the bed could have been a little more advanced, it felt like one that just lowered from a hidden shelve in the wall. That being said it was extremely clean.

Negatives: It was not clean, there were bugs in the bathroom, the remote was not working, the room had a weird smell. There is no breakfast, they only had coffee and muffins, they lie when they say that breakfast is included.
