Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Terrible customer service by someone named oDallas even when showing her the reservation on my phone and that it is paid, she kept insisting she can't find it and that I need to pay. Asked for a manager she laughs and says good luck they are home. Eventually she said oh look I think I found it here and gave me my key but terrible service, I'm there with my family and she is acting like she didnt even care. The other bad thing was the pillows completely flat the bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled like mildew. The towels were super hard like sand paper. I was not please at all with the condition of the room.

Me and my husband were smoking in our vehicle 100ft away from the room like the signs around the hotel say to do but someone at the property called the police on my husband he was racially profiled and ultimately taken to jail if you are a smoker of any kind I’d stay away from this area and when I left the hotel they attempted to take 200 dollars off of both of my debit cards also the room we had had black mold in the ceiling and everytime the person above us showed a water bubble would form and leak into our bathroom
