Positives: The property was nasty, huge water bugs running all throughout the bathroom and room, property housed homeless people and people from shelters there. My from was directly in front of the garbage receptacles., constant foot trafficking from guest whol live on the property. Dirty tub, fidge, and bloodstained on the sheets. Excessive noise from live in guest above and in the next room. I came to Miami for my birthday celebration to relax and the entire experience was less than enjoyable because of the conditions of this property. A complete waste of money.

Negatives: The nasty conditions of the room and the fact that my room was located directly in front of garbage receptacles. Constant noise and foot traffic from live in residence. Dirty conditions blood stained sheets.
