Positives: Very nice staff and great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, very quiet hotel. No issues whatsoever.
Negatives: I wish the hotel had a Jacuzzi.

Positives: The bed linens were dirty and had blood stains on the sheets. The sheets were clean but had stains on them. Also the TV was broken.
Negatives: I addressed my concerns with the front desk by showing them pictures and video and they said management would get back to me. All I will say is based on how management responded, is why I will not stay at the brand of hotels in the future.

Positives: Room, pool, breakfast.
Negatives: Night manager very rude and sarcastic. I asked for a couple of extra pillows and bedding (inadequate amount for 5 of us), expecting no problems, as at every hotel I have ever stayed at. I learnt the following; it is not a fully serviced hotel (didnt I read the small print), manager cannot magic up extra bedding from thin air. Not providing extras would have been ok (disappointing but Hampton Inn and Suites policy apparently) but the way the information was conveyed was quite a shock and unnecessary ( he must have been having a bad day)

Positives: I liked the location and is very decent. I liked the facilities and the size of the room are very spacious. The breakfast, i love the variety of the breakfast and the dining tables.
Negatives: What i didn't like are the pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable, i had neck pain and couldn't sleep very well with those pillows. You guys need to replace them with something more luxurious and valuable because they seem to be very cheap.
