Negatives: Early check in (75 minutes earlier) cost me $25!! I came from a long trip and I asked them nicely if the room is ready. They say yes and but cost me $25. They also mentioned that I did the booking from a 3rd party which is booking.com. If I was Hilton something member, they wouldnt charge me. $25 for early check not acceptable, plus rooms are outdated bathrooms are dirty.
