The carpets in the rooms desperately need cleaning or replacement, you can't walk in the rooms without shoes or your feet turn black. I was disappointed there was no mini fridge or microwave in our room but there was one in the other family members room. This is definitely a no frills hotel. No free breakfast, no pool, no shuttle service to the ships. It was also difficult finding the parking lot which they also charge you for.

We like that it is across the street from Bayside market place. Also it’s very close to the Port.
The staff are always very Nice.

They do not have complementary coffee. We didn’t have time to sit for
Breakfast. So we decided to just have a cup of coffee. Imagine or surprise when the lady at the Bar handed my Husband the check for 2 small cups of coffee $8.50. I couldn’t believe it. We were Shocked. Another Guest was going to get a cup of coffee. We told him the price. He said never mind . He said for that price he would walk across the street for his Coffee.

The hotel is very old, and in the hallway, it is smelly. The room is not very clean, the AC in the room made a loud noise. The breakfast is provided by an restaurant in the same building. The restaurant is open to the public, as a hotel resident, I feel I was not treated well.
