The shuttle to go back to the airport was on time. Room was ok. Staff was kind.
First and most important: Internet/ WIFI did not work. It connected but you could no even load gmail and I had to work so this was very disappointing. Also, shuttle does not work after 9pm or so so we had to pay a taxi to get there.
Finally, by 8am there were no more fruits at breakfast and they did not refill

Pool water was very hot the bathroom water to take a shower was scolding hot there's roaches in the room and lizards.
It was close to my destination.
Our room was very clean and located downstairs, thankfully. I am disabled and I don't think I could have made it much farther by the time we got there. The bed was super comfortable and I would have loved to snooze longer if we hadn't had other plans.
Our driver was so helpful and did his best to help guests out with whatever they needed. He helped us out a couple of times while we were there.
Sadly,the breakfast was extremely sparse. Not much to choose from and not much of that left. Just a few more choices would be nice.
We are cruisers and the cruise port isn't that far away. Now that cruises are back in full swing, it would be nice to add shuttle service back into your amenities, as there are very few hotels offering this option right now. I imagine you would be full most nights!
