Negatives: Absolutely devastated, as I mistakenly left a jacket in the wardrobe of room 322 for one night and after contacting the hotel was told it was nowhere to be found. I feel that the dishonesty of the staff member who had cleaned the room after our departure should be challenged. I will not be returning to this hotel again.
