Great location near to the downtown with a Publix market in a close vicinity.
Co-Work area, where it was really pleasant to work and spend time, as it was a business trip.
Negatives:
The photos advertised on the site do not correspond with the reality (you do not have to guess twice whether the reality looks better or worse than the photo)
The AC in the room could not be adjusted, so I had to sleep in a "refrigerator" with a fan always on; asked several times at the reception to adjust it, but it never happened.
It was problematic (and took me some time to negotiate) to receive an invoice for my stay.
