The girl at the front desk was not approachable, meaning her demeanor was not pleasant with anyone I seen her interact with. I made a mistake and the staff was not accommodating.

Comfy and clean near the airport and the staff were really friendly. It's a short walk to the Metrorail and Tri-rail station which made getting into the city easy.
Negatives:
The toilet made a weird sound at the end of its flush that was very confusing at first, but became an inside joke with my friend.
