Negatives: Everything else. I am disappointed that booking.com pre-authorized my card! I totally did not notice that this hotel didn't have free parking. It was my fault. I chose a bad hotel. The cabinets were left open, and the cushions for the lounge chairs were on the chair handle. The worst thing was to sign wet paint outside my room. THEY PLACED A GUEST IN A ROOM WITH WET PAINT! They didn't care if I had respiratory allergies or not. They didn't tell me anything. This room was clearly not ready for occupancy. I felt disrespected and taken for granted given the fact that I have been using this hotel brand for 16 years. But I finally realized that the quality of this brand is gone and so am I. I WANT A REFUND!

Positives: Large comfortable room. Quiet central air system (no noisy window units). Well insulated rooms eliminating low altitude air traffic noise. Very clean. Excellent access to MIA, Amtrak, commuter rail and Metro Rail.
Negatives: Outrageous parking fee. Questionable neighborhood but plenty of close by free street parking.

Negatives: Called for the shuttle and he never showed. Ended up having to Uber after waiting over an hour. When I checked in and went to my room the lights did not work. There was one working lamp. There were ants over by the bed near the night stand.
