The position was great - in close proximity to the airport also with an Airport Shuttle.
Negatives:
I did not like the fact that the TV channel did not function. And was told by the front desk that they had no idea when it would be operational.
When I paid my $50.00, I was added to my credit card. I was told it is a key deposit and would be given back after our stay. The person at check out explained it was for incidentals. This should be made clear in a courteous way.
We were told we have a lovely room ( which was) overlooking the airport. Well, that was not possible on the second floor.
There was no water or amenities like a water heater where we could make our own tea or coffee!

Foran apparently 2star hotel by an airport this was a great stay. staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great selection with plenty of staff replenishing right to the end of service, the pool was great with the option of bbq grills and there were a few easy options for cheap dinner nearby.
the beds were very comfortable and the room was a really good size for the money.
I can’t find anything negative to say!

We like the location. Because there are many restaurants to choose from. The shuttle to the port is very helpful.lots of different options

We asked 3 different times for a pillow and extra blanket. No one ever brought one.

it's worth coming here, just...
Positives:
Great location for overnighting / airport transfers. Parking garage was immediately next to the hotel and was very convenient. Overall the hotel was very clean.
Negatives:
Room was small but for overnight stays it's ok. Gym opened at 7 am and closed at 11 I think. Not very convenient. No staff assisted with suitcases or bags. Everything was self service. Bathroom floor was very slippery. Needed a mat. Breakfast also finished at 9:30 am which was a little early.

Positives:
I liked the shuttle to the airport which was impeccably on time. I also liked the fact that the hotel is situated in close proximity to food/beverage options such as Chipotle and Starbucks. The hotel is also modern which is a plus.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the hotel did not disclose upfront that there is an additional US$50 per day charge for incidentals (albeit it is refunded to you 5-7 days after your stay). The rooms could have also been bigger. There was no closet space at all. There is also no shuttle to malls or any other establishments in the close vicinity except the airport so it’s not a good location if shopping is the main goal for you.

The hotel was beautiful and our very clean room looked right out on to the lagoon. The breakfast spread was great, as was the lounge it was in. Nearby restaurants (walking distance) made it easy to find dinner, but other guests said the hotel restaurant food was really good too.
Negatives:
It took quite awhile to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport- at least 45 minutes. My family was also staying at the hotel and came in on a different flight. They waited at least an hour and a half (kept calling and were told it would be there in a few minutes). Had any of us known it would take that long, we would have just taken a taxi.
