Negatives: The bus went by me twice without stopping. The sign on it is so small to begin with and confusing with other writing. Had to wait 2 hours only to have a different Hilton bus take me there because he had stopped twice and told me I was NOT the one he was going to. Thank God for him or I would still be there.. Even with calls, the driver was still inattentive. The new level 2 does not help as it is like a race track with cars and buses. This used to be my favourite hotel but not anymore. Every time the staff changes...maybe it is their training programme to move them around or staff leave so it is hard to establish a relationship. Fix that bus problem. Leaving the hotel was on time BUT you have to get there to checkin in and check out . Not good. If all the Hilton hotels have their own van put a RED FLAG on yours to make it distinct, inform your clients on the web page even with a photo and ask your clients to wait near a certain number. At least the van will slow down as it approaches the number and you can see it and wave. No. 14 seems to be between them all and a good place to stop.

Positives: Breakfast area was awesome! Wish we had known about it the night before. We didn't know there was a bar up there and pool table.
Negatives: Not many choices for food. Not sure if the bar served food or not.

Positives: It served our purpose as we were using the hotel as an overnight stay as we had a flight the following day, arriving at the hotel we found great reception staff who understood our situation as we were a group of 10 adults and 5 children and although rooms were only available as from 1500hrs one of ours was made available so that our bags could all be stored safely. Location wise was not bad as we were only 10 minutes drive from Dolphin Mall which was greatly appreciated by our wives. Room was also very comfortable with great and inviting bed, all through a gfreat hotel

Positives: I liked the fact that there are printing option in the breakfast area very convenient .
Negatives: The bleach was way too strong when entered the room. When checking in I had my 2 sons with me who came in before me in the lobby. One is an adult .The receptionist was not very alert she did not acknowledge them yet however ask if we were delivering food . I found that a bit disturbing as I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at multiple Hilton Resorts for business. How about asking how may I help you? Instead of assuming that we are nobody. Just wanted to add that as a training opportunity overall the property was nice.

Positives: Location is great for finding a restaurant to eat in after traveling. The hotel having laundry machines avaliable for guests at no charge is a huge help, especially when we stayed there after our cruise.
Negatives: Pillows are too soft. Asked for extra pillows and a blanket. Took a while for them to arrive. The shelves for the pool towels, out at the pool was empty. We went in and asked the front desk for some more. They said they would ask housekeeping. It took 2 1/2 hours for someone to come out with them. We were still out there enjoying the space, but we had already gotten out of the pool and gone to the room to use our shower towels instead of waiting.
