Positives: Location, small room but well designed

Negatives: Staff not always friendly and more specifically not attentive to guest need. Way too much personal chat. Not service orientated. Typical boutique modern look hotel. Lobby reception way too small and not well agenced. Food is ok. Tiny dining space. Nothing wow. Smelly corridor. Manager on duty more concerned with conversation rather than training the staff. Spanish language 1. English so so.

Positives: Location was great to the cruise port and close enough to south beach. It was clean.

Negatives: Our room shower sounded like a siren when it ran. The drain in our bathroom smelled like mold mixed with sewers and made the entire room smell. The bed was a futon mattress, awful.

Positives: since I never planned on usage any of the resorts? ( was going on a cruise) guess the so call 'resort fee" to me was a bit high as it was never needed or wanted

Negatives: Your housekeeping needs improvement. I was first assigned a room which was not cleaned at all. was sent to a nice room and hard to wash without any 'facecloths" since I had already stepped in the unit to take a shower -most annoying. that said however, if not for that I would rate the hotel 5 stars

Positives: I really liked the fact that you could check in and check out without having to talk to someone. I do recommend this option as we did see a long line to talk to the front desk person. The rooms are cool and modern and the location is central to everything.

Negatives: I really did not like the advance ligh system they have in the room. It's like you can't just turn on the bathroom lights without turning on all the lights in the room (which annoyed my girlfriend). Also, the bathroom and shower doors don't really close which is kind of annoying. Besides that the stay was really good.

Positives: Got a good deal to stay for a few nights. Comfortable beds, clean and quiet room, good a la carte breakfast, good room service meal, internet worked well, nice city view from the pool area.

Negatives: Bathroom is basically inside the room itself so it gives very little privacy. Screen mirroring/casting from own device was not working due to hotel-wide system outage. Location is a little dodgy, it feels safe when you are inside the hotel but there is a 7/11 across the street frequented by some drug addicts. There is a Parking in front of the hotel which charges a fortune but we thankfully found a cheaper one nearby thanks to a staff recommendation.
