Positives: the location of the hotel was perfect for the music festival, lobby was cute, the bar restaurant had awesome burgers, had lots of security staff which was nice. had a good room view of the bay and festival. liked the big windows

Negatives: the major deal breaker was the ac turning off automatically so I’d wake up to an 84° room temperature every day on the 12th floor. every 3-4 hours it was turning off day and night so the room wouldn’t stay cool. the bathroom was so tiny I could barely get get dressed in it. beds were not comfortable and the sheets were very rough. no mini fridge, no glassware in the room for water.
