Negatives: Staff was very unhelpful. Basically tried to say they didnt have a room because I was a no show even though I was standing right there and had already paid for my room. She wouldnt even call anyone for help until we insisted and I still had to pay extra for a room I had already reserved. Very disappointing as weve stayed multiple times in the past and never had this happen.
