The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
There was no conditioner in either bathroom and refrigerator was not working so the food that we brought back to the room all went bad. We called front desk and explained what was wrong and they said someone would call us to make it right. That was 2 days ago and still no call!
