Negatives: My reservation was not in they had to put me in a handicap room because that was all that was available and I was told for the inconvenience, I would be upgraded to a king suite when I came back the next night from work, the clerk did not know what I was talking about. He wasn’t very pleasant and he put me in a regular room… this was a very disappointing experience

Negatives: Called two days in a row previous on our stay making sure they knew we were coming super late. Both phone calls we were assured it would be fine and it was in the notes. When checking in they had canceled our reservation and clerk could not give us any reason why. Luckily we were able to get a room but still waiting on what will do to our card.

Negatives: When I got to the hotel, there was no parking space available and when I asked the concierge, he told me it was not his problem and if that I wanted a parking they had space by the Taco Bell I thought that was very unprofessional and I told him about it. The AC in my room was not working, but I did not bother to tell them because he acted the way he acted as soon as I came in I will never ever again stay at La Quinta. I think your managers supposed to be more professional of their profit of the position they hold
