Positives: Central Location. The beach is far, though. A good drive away.

Negatives: Very sparse breakfast. Cumbersome floor plan, requiring long walks to the elevator and back. The charge was higher than the quote. Presumably the difference is the taxes, not included in quote. The inquiry on the topic with the staff (hotel manager, Elizabeth at the front desk) were not responded to despite requests emailed. Same with Booking.com inquiry. The photo below (from a video I took) shows ants walking happily on the desk in the room.

Positives: The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.
