Overall it was ok

this is a very nice property. I have issues for staying this long in a hotel room with zero maid service. ZERO. the location is close to the beach so we tracked sand into the room. I did request the maid service upon arrival but never received it. I can make my own bed so that isnt a big deal and the amount of towels in the room was fine.
we had one receptionist who was out rightly rude to us. she clearly didnt want to be inconvenienced by us asking for the coffee pouches for our room. she told us to drink the coffee at the breakfast bar. we told her that we were leaving early in the day and wanted coffee to drink while getting ready. she actually rolled her eyes at us. the rest of the receptionists were outstanding. I was double charged for the room and came to talk to a young man who was outstanding. he said he corrected the issue and we saw him a few times after that and he was always pleasant and friendly.

All bathroom items were were empty no soap, shampoo or anything Temp in room was unbearable and had to adjust temp all night. Loud noises from other rooms. Had to call front desk and ask them to ask rooms beside and above to quiet down and it was never taken care of. Looks can be deceiving.
