Well I am very glad for the questions first of all I had roaches yes cockroaches crawling to top of the TV stand I have videos and pictures of it I guess they are German cockroaches mean you have a serious bug problem. Did you think I will be able to have a cup of ice? No the worker went to get me some ice and came back with the bucket when I open the bag it was Black pieces of something not sure if it was mold or what. Also I literally window stairs twice looking for towels because there was no sound in the room the receptionist told me that they were in the nursery getting them. I hardly slept thinking there was going to because I was just calling with me and in the morning for breakfast I only think I had in my head was cut garage and I’m probably calling all of this by text that was my night. At this moment I will recommend this hotel anybody including microwave

Staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. There was a small issue when I checked in. The gentleman running the desk dropped everything and helped correct the situation, and he never made me wait. He made sure it was made right and kept a smile the whole time.

The hallways were always dirty. The ice machine wasn't working on the 4th floor.

The carpet in the hallway needs cleaning. Needs to fix door handle on door. Also the elevator is very slow. Children running up and down the hallways while sleeping at night. Needs to spray for Rodents.
