Got locked in bathroom. The barn door would not open. I didn’t have my phone either. So I finally lifted the heavy door up and it opened. So I never closed it again
Lights over sink did not work nor did drain in sink work it overflowed. I told staff this the day I checked in too Hotel. I had also explained I’m allergic to down pillows and if they had down to bring me foam pillows for replacements. I couldn’t find an extra blanket as well. Also, late while sleeping about 2:00 am above us was a violent pound screaming fight b/w a male and female crying. We called the front desk to send security. An hour later it continues we call again and ask they call police. I wish we called police. I got no sleep and was in town to visit family and friends and new baby.called 800# next day and never got a call back. Also explain to staff next morning. She gave my parking free. Woohoo.

I pre-booked the room a few days due to possibly having to switch hotels due to availability.
When booking it stated that I had until Aug 22nd to cancel without cancellation fees.
I cancelled on the 21st due to the availability at the hotel that I was staying at allowing an extra day.
When I called to cancel I was told that I would be charged the full amount of the stay. Which was the total opposite of what was stated when booking.
Very disappointing and misleading. This was an important detail that I confirmed before booking.
Had this been advised I would have not used booking.com and when directly through the hotel to book.
Lesson learned. However I will disputing the charge
