Perfect location, quiet area near lots of restaurants and shopping.
Negatives:
The pillows and mattress was very uncomfortable. Too soft. Need to have at least 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows to give guests options. Mattress should be a medium firmness. Unfortunately sharing a king bed with my partner was u comfy due to the soft mattress.

The TV was difficult to figure out how to turn on, one of the bedside outlets did not work, the shower did not have much hot water on the first night, the room was not cleaned

I thought I was getting a place farther away from how busy Orlando is.

The breakfast isn’t the best. You only get an allowance of $25 for breakfast and you pay the difference. There’s also certain things that you can’t purchase with the allowance. Most of the options are frozen and they heat the food up. The food is very expensive so you’ll probably only get to feed one person in your family with the allowance. The Coffee was burned. Also upon checking our room the sheets on both beds were dirty. We requested fresh linen but had to make our own beds due to housekeeping being off duty . Thank God I always travel with gloves. Paying for parking is crazy, it’s not like there’s a secure garage you park in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and got to see the firework show from the Hotel.

Didnt spend a ton of time at the hotel but while we were there it was very quiet. Super close to the Disney parks which was the reason for the trip. Lots of food choices close by.
