The room smelled of cigarettes although they claim they are smoke free. The pull out sofa was in terrible shape. It was peeling and all the material was everywhere. When I pulled it out the mattress was worn down and stains all over. It looked like no one had even bothered to check on it since the last guest because the dirty sheets were tucked in the sofa full of dog hair. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel stay. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

not much at all. I had to clean room b4 sitting anything down. very poor experience. along with my security deposit being put back on my card; I think I should get a portion of my room expenses added back to my card, as well!! no pictures were taken; but poor experience. the first experience with this motel chain was in Melbourne, Florida and had a nice experience. so was gonna try it again; maybe not again!!

Not sure. MELISSA was the first person I met at the desk and she was very friendly. The guy whoever he was was not so friendly and the last lady when I left was not friendly either altogether, I saw four people there. I guess the other lady just didn’t have much personality. I don’t know you just expect more when people are working with the public. MELISSA, I thought was very friendly though.

The TV did not work the whole time I was there and I kept asking the front desk for help. They put it on a list. The man finally came the day before the day I had to leave, but couldn’t fix it, so was going to have the other guy fix it he never came so that evening at around 5 o’clock I caught him on the elevator and he came up to look at it and figured it out. Therefore I had no TV the whole week I was There, I should’ve been compensated for that somehow.
The floors were dirty if you walked, barefooted or with socks, it would make them black had like a greasy coating on the ground . When I arrived, there was blobs of filthy mop water on the edge of the toilet and a big spot on the floor in the bathroom and the shower the tub was full of what they poured down it and didn’t take time to make sure it was all cleaned up and rinsed out out and there was what looked like pubic hair on the edges of the tub and on the back of the toilet. The microwave turntable did not turn. Therefore, it took forever to make something because you had to keep stopping it and stirring it, and kept leaking and dripping from inside it as it would heat up. It’s actually a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. I told the, maintenance guy is both of them. The bathroom ventilation did not work. But other than that it was OK except they only have what seems like one luggage rack and somebody kept it hostage in their room the entire time I was there. Thank goodness I caught it as I was ready to leave and was able to use it
