Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

It was conveniently located near the convention center.
Negatives:
It was disgusting! The place was filthy I swear to God there were blood stains in the carpet. The refrigerator smelled like it had rotten food in it for weeks. The counters were not wiped off. There was pubic hair on one of the beds. The television was broken, I called multiple times and no one showed up to fix it.

The location was perfect.

They rent out to full time occupants!! There was no advertised breakfast. Stale muffins. We had to be changed to 3 different rooms! The first room stunk had no curtains on the windows, second room the air didn’t work.. the third room was livable other than someone’s child in the room above us was destroying the room until after 2am.

The hallways smelt like smoke and the room smelt even worse like smoke! The floor was so sticky in the room and I had 2 small children with me and we couldn't even stay there because I started coughing from the smoke smell.

I loved that it was close to everything that we need between seaworld and places to eat . And the man who checked me was extremely nice and helpful we came with like 10 kids and he was helpful when getting us rooms near each other and enough space for everyone !! He said he was just filling in but I am glad he was there

There was no breakfast !!!!! We planned on giving the kids a snack so we could pack and clean up our rooms before checkin out and going to eat real breakfast because we were already told it was a grab and go the day before . We got down there and there was nothing lol also the pool was shut down which was not told to us
