Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I was told my deposit would be back and after a week it still isn't even tho we left the room clean being we were barely even there... bed was uncomfortable to the point I woke up with back pain both days

The staff couldn’t care less, the entire establishment smelt, there was something on one of the “clean” pillowcases which I didn’t bother informing staff about because like I said, they literally didn’t care about anything. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again

I arrived at 0130 in the morning to be told that my booking was invalid because the hotel was double booked. I had to walk around Orlando in the wee-hours for an hour searching for somewhere else to stay.
