Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room had a really bad smell, like if somebody smoked weed inside, the appliances were pretty old and lights on the room were bad, really Old TV that didn't work, halls were dark, wifi didn't work inside the room and the floor was sticky from cleaning, honestly I won't ever comeback to it. They stated they breakfast was included but they offered just a muffin (to accomplish with the breakfast included). I do NOT recommend to stay there

The place needs to be clean for guest to stay, needs light in bathroom, need faster water in the facets in bathroom. Needs room service in at least every 3 days. Window screens are teared not changed for 10 years it looks. There is no break fast, only grab and go with quick oats & packaged small muffins. So called Coffee is provided from 6-9 am . On a day 5 day stay one day coffee machine was broken, extremely not suitable for families. There is nothing i like about in the hotel. Totally ruined our vacation and hotel ambience. I wish i did not had vacation at all. Feels like i stayed i an hotel of Zero star.

The location was very good for us, since we were visiting Universal Studios.
Negatives:
Old rooms (did not match the pictures advertised) with uncomfortable mattresses and questionable clenliness. We found a cockroach in the room and one of the wall electrical outlets had a weird reddish stain that looked like blood. The "breakfast" served was just cereal packets and the coffee machine was out of order. I feel the advertising for this hotel was deceptive and would not have paid the amout I did had I known the conditions it was in.

The location was near Universal park which made it easy to reach. We requested for a late check out however our request could not be facilitated as we were told that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The manager was kind enough to permit us to keep our luggage at the hotel till 5pm.
Negatives:
Extremely poor WiFi, no usb ports to charge phones, carpet was stained and smelly, no kettle or coffee/tea making facility in the room, no daily housekeeping service.
The worst part was we found the dishwasher was full of unwashed dishes from the previous occupant. We requested that this be taken care of but this was not done and we spent 3 nights with the unwashed dishes in the room.
