As soon as we got to the room the first thing we saw was a cockroach walking on the “clean” bed and only thing they could offer was a refund so I can book a different hotel at 9pm with small children I was given another room that had dead cockroaches on the floor will never come back

The room they gave me had a very strong smell, so I did request to change my room, they gave another one but the problem with this one was the toilet (did not flush) and the shower did not drain. So I ask them again to change my room and apparently everything was ok but at night when I went to the toilet it was plenty cockroaches, it was really disgusting

The staff were helpful and courteous. The manager was actively looking for more help while we were there.

The hideaway sofa was broken/stuck 1/2 out. The room was rundown but clean for what it was. Looks like trash is taken out overnight. There were 2 full garbage cans near the one working elevator.
