After multiple flight delays, which ended up in a 4am arrival, the hotel staff made things so easy. They added a late checkout without me asking so me and my exhausted child could sleep in. In the morning, when i needed toothpaste, they had it sent up to my room right away. They were fantastic.

No one at the desk has to wait for 20 min finally someone came over to call a front desk worker to help us , We had a free breakfast in our reservation the when the morning came and went down they said we do not while we were sitting down at the table. Had to pull out my reservation tk show that was booked with breakfast included
