I hated paying for parking as there was really no need to. I parked myself. The water continuously went out in the bathroom. The water wasn't hot in the shower.

The carpets were just gross. The both room floor was worse. The bathroom ceiling has mold room 603. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and every spring hurt when you roll over at night.

I had several issues throughout the stay. The worst one was them at i was overcharged by the staff. Even though I booked through booking.com, the charged me regular rates and accidentally put 3 holds on my card instead of the 1 that was mandatory. After speaking with the desk. They said that they couldnt help me and that the money should return about 5 days after I checked out. It wasnt handled professionally and after I asked to speak with a manager to see if they could refund me, I was told there wasnt one onsite and that I would just have to wait and check back later in the day to see if they were there. The room also had several maintenance issues. There was no cold water in the sink, the towel rack on the bathroom door was hanging off and the ceiling had damage from a past leak and chipped and fell on my belongings.
