Firstly, when we arrived tired after a long trip at 4:30 pm the room was not ready. We had to wait 1 hour. The hotel is very run down and dirty. In the 5 days I was there I never saw the elevator clean. The hallways had stains on the carpet and torn parts. There was a bad smell in the room, the bathroom lock was broken, paint stains on the floor, the bathroom had mold, the baseboards looked dirty, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Because I left them a review on Google, they called me to find out what they could do better and told me they would clean while we were away. When I returned it didn't smell bad and it was clear that they had cleaned the surfaces that had not been done the previous days. One thing that bothered me a lot is that they didn't leave me sheets for the sofa bed knowing that we were going to use it. When we asked for it, 4 hours passed and they didn't bring it. We had to go pick them up. I was in the hotel 10 years ago and at that time it was fine. The Friday breakfast back was also good 10 years ago. On this visit we couldn't eat it, it was all cold and bad looking.

Walk-in shower turned the entire bathroom into a mini pool. Only one waste basket for an entire suite. No ming size bed available upon arrival, despite of reservation requesting one.

The room was big enough to accommodate 6 people despite the description of 10. If any more than 6 people I would not recommend. I did like the cleanliness of the facilities. The description of the suite was inaccurate online and said there was only 1 bathroom when there was in fact 2.

One of the main elevators didnt work. There was a spill on the 6th floor by the hotel room and a giant fan was in the hallway for several days. The showers and sinks did not drain quickly.

I did not like that they queen size beds was more of a full size they was uncomfortable, my telephone in the room didn’t work the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. I did not like that they didn’t do breakfast we had to purchase it from TGI Friday and they food was disgusting. I had to walk down to front desk and ask for my towels and rags because they didn’t put enough in my room and they never sent them to my room. The stay was awful I would never stay there again.
