The staff especially Oskar was phenomenal! Very very sweet! I got a stroller dropped off and of course didn't look at directions he was quick to try and help fold it. He joked Everytime we saw him all around wonderful personality

The AC was not working in the hotel and it was very hot. We also had NO hot water out entire stay. We told the front desk at check out and we were just told yeah I have been hearing about that this week from multiple.people. why pay for something where I can't even get a hot shower?

The mini basketball court was cool

The halls were hot, humid and smelled. The breakfast clearly had no effort put into it and tasted gross. The pool was dirty and freezing all 5 days we were there.. The gym smelled disgusting like wetness/mold. The first room we were given the door didnt lock and the 2nd one we were given the safe didnt work and the shower didnt get warm 1 time. The TV only had like 25 useless channels. Staff were nice but too unprofessional. We also noticed mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. It was about a 15 minute walk each way to get to stores/restaurants nearby.

Location was good, close to majority of the parks. Easy to locate. Very peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Most of the staff I came across were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, Good value for the cost.
Negatives:
Breakfast was boring with very limited options. It would have been nice if they served different food options on different day. Also could do with a wide variety of fruits rather than the same fruits everyday.
Laundry facilities are old and kept breaking down such that guests had to queue to get laundry done. I did not think this is appropriate for a Hilton standard hotel. I hope this is addressed as a matter of urgency.
