It wasn't clean, the elevator was like a freight elevator, and the morning breakfast was 7 to 9am. We left at 6:30am.

I was told the airport shuttle ran 24 hrs. Was unable to make a 6:30 flight with the shuttle service starting at 5:00 am Had to spend money on Uber. Only stayed there for the shuttle service. Our room smelled horrible. Smelled like dirty feet.

Room was dirty. They graciously gave us two paper cups for drinking. I paid $30.00 for my pet and used one for her to drink so wife and I shared the other one. They did generously give me an extra shampoo when I asked for it would not use them again

Front Desk staff were efficient and very helpful. The room was nice and looked somewhat renovated in the last year or so. Bathroom showed some minor wear and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the room were great. (Coffee maker, desk, fridge).
Negatives:
It was located among a few hotels but places to eat were about a 10-minute walk. The walk was fine but the street is very dark with little lighting. I was fine but not comfortable at all. I think I would call a cab next time.

Bath tub water ran all night long. Would have filled the tub 6 times. How do you not fix that. Must have been for a while. There was a stain where the water ran

The staff was great, the location was good for an early morning flight. But the room cleanliness was atrocious. There were random things on the floor, dusty furniture and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

HAD TROUBLE REACHING THE FRONT DESK FOR A TRANSFER TO PICK US UP TO GET OUR CAR AT THE HOTEL AFTER OUR TRIP,THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US MORE DETAILS HOW TO DO THIS.

Rooms were outdated with a huge gap between the door and the trim. Staff was nice but clueless. Chilly weather and we asked for hot tub towels at the front desk then went out to find the hot tub was broken and the pool isn't heated. The staff knew this.

It had a shuttle to & from the airport. Altho, they could have used a larger one. There were several restaurants, including an ihop, you could walk to.

The hotel is starting to need an update. wallpaper in the elevators is starting to peel. back one is really dingy. doors to some of the rooms are really hard to open. New Years Day, the breakfast was overwhelmed. They only had one lady trying to keep up.
