Rooms could have been much much cleaner and smelled better, there was not hot water on the property at the time i was supposed to stay resulting in me transferring to another hotel.

Had roaches, the shower faucet wouldn't quit running and the sink faucet was leaking and breakfast wasn't cooked all the way and was nasty

The clerk who checked me in was fantastic! He made checking in painless and quick so I could get to bed quickly
Negatives:
The hotel itself is old and dated. I've stayed at much nicer LaQuintas....so this was disappointing. I did see a small roach/palmetto bug in the middle of the night...but that is normal at places like Florida. I slept well enough for a little under $---
