There was roaches in the room, the room key machine was broken and every time I came back to the room. Someone had to come and let me in my room

The location was close to everything. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly really good.
Negatives:
Upon arrival we were informed that their entire key card system was down and would not be fixed for our stay. This meant having to ask the front desk every time I needed to get into my room. That was absolutely frustrating.
