GOOD PLACE TO STAY

Clean, spacious room, great breakfast buffet
Negatives:
I booked two rooms and requested they be on the same floor. Check in was at 4 however when we arrived at 4 only 1 room was ready and we were told the second one would be available soon. Half an hour later we still didn't have the second room and realized we needed a third. I went down to the lobby and it took about half an hour to find the third room on another floor but was then told it would be around 7 pm until the 2nd room on the same floor as the first would be ready. It was very frustrating to be told we would have our second room within a few minutes that turned out to be 3 hours. We were a party of 8 and had to be somewhere within 2 hours after we arrived. Standard apologies were made but no offer of compensation for our inconvenience.
