Positives: I traveled with my son for a tournament. He loved having the loft upstairs as he had his own space. It was also great to have a full kitchen where we were able to cook dinner as opposed to having to get fast food. We also loved the basketball court!!

Negatives: There were small cockroaches in the bathroom area. They need to fumigate. The street light was blinking and it caused a strobe effect inside the room inspite of the curtain. The entry door needed sweeping.
