The rooms were Dated , old A/C unit with no live entertainment.
I asked if they did anything for newlyweds though email, customer service wasn't on point . They could have at least given 2 free cocktails or appetizer with proof. Crazy!!
Stayed at more high end hotels and resorts and they did more for special occasions.

The two bar tenders in the inside bar just rude and miserable thats the only bad thing I have to say about my experience. Definitely need to work on better customer service especially when it comes to us just asking simple questions about the different bourbon only had 1 drink and left .

The location is great if you need access to the convetion center, the pool area is nice, the room was nice. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for U$20 per person, but is pretty good with a omelet station, fresh fruits and a parfait station (the pancakes were terrible though)

The decoration and appliances inside the room looked quite old
