Negatives:
There was no hot water. They were made aware of the situation in the evening by another guest and they did not attempt to correct it til the morning. When a maintenance person arrived So we had to take cold showers.

The price was not only very affordable but it was in a great location and was just very nice.

The continental breakfast could have been a little better. But the staff was very quick to replace missing items.

Great location for outlet shopping and not too far from Universal studios. Room appeared quite new, had kitchenette too.

Breakfast was average. Disappointing excessive use of plastic. Breakfast plates paper, plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic. Everything thrown in the bin after eating
