Negatives:
There was mold behind the bed where the pillow was on the bed. I told the front desk and all they said was sorry I’ll let the manager know. I even showed a video of it. By this response it sounded like this was common occurrence. If I could see it when lifting up my pillow on the bed, then there’s no way house keeping didn’t see it when changing no the bedsheets. Will not be staying here again…

Negatives:
The 1st night the AC was not working properly, it was extremely hot throughout the night. There is panel as well as a window unit and I don’t believe they were in sync. We turned it off that morning & then back on when we left the room. We had a busy day at seaworld & were going to request a new room but when we returned the room was freezing. Just like we like it. It was fine after that so we didn’t touch the thermostat at all. Other than that issue, everything was great.

LOVE TRYP IN ORLANDO
Positives:
This location in excellent as it is close to everything. Close to SeaWorld, Universal, and Disney World. I have never had a problem so far with finding parking even later in the evening. The room was large and clean.
Negatives:
The HVAC didn't quite meet my expectations, this isn't the first time I've stayed at this location but it does seem like its missing something. The towels are very thin and the shower head does not really have a good spray. It has good water pressure and temperature but has a worse spray pattern than many water saving shower heads.

It was VERY clean & the entire property is super quiet! The lobby area had a fresh, clean aroma that was very welcoming. The rooms are spacious & modern, which is a plus. I used a black light & was extremely shocked that it didn’t pick up anything on the beds, toilet, wall beside/behind the toilet or any high touch areas.
Negatives:
I’m not sure if they spray something on the pillows when they make the beds, but there appeared to be some type of greasy looking substance on the pillowcases which also transferred to the bed linens. We didn’t use those pillows & since it was on the bed we weren’t sleeping on, I didn’t mention it to the staff.
