The internet didnt work and staff was very unhelpful I had to check out late because my clothes kept washing instead of drying called for help and they sent maintenance to help didnt get the help like this was far the worst I have stayed

Room was dirty big stains in carpet run down we had no bedding for my kids and had to wait till 1 am for them to bring it

VERY VERY CROWDED, TIME SHARE SALES TEAM OVERPOWERING RESULTING THE MINI VACATION STRESSFUL MOST LIKELY WILL NOT BUY OR RETURN

The check in process took 53 minutes. There should be a streamline process. The water slides were only open during business hours and I had business meetings. My children couldnt enjoy the amenities in the evening. The staff were friendly lack knowledge

Everything!! Close to Disney Hollywood studios and magic kingdom!!had grocery store on site, arcade, 7 pools on top of a water slide, a great Italian restaurant, disgusting & slow service Mexican restaurant, it was new though.

We paid for our dinner though none of us ate more than a few bites. Anywhere else would have Comp'd the food and not made us pay, but we didn't want to make a scene. We felt bad for our waitress and tipped her well, regardless.

Sofa bed no sheets no blanket, they never told me about the $50 deposit fee and the resort fee taxes. I asked before to go to the hotel. 52 minutes waiting for check out.

the roof was nice and spacious. it had lots of convenient things like the fridge and dining area. tub or shower nice.

the long line at check-in took 40 minutes. my welcome gift was only given if I went to time share meeting. restaurant people are third world people, don't listen good and things unavailable on menu. water park had 10 floats for 100 people. cheap property

Pools were so very overcrowded. Funny smell in room-possibly from neighbors cooking.
Negatives:
Front desk staff didnt care. We couldnt open our door without fighting with it for 10-15 minutes each time. The room was dirty and missing linens. We ended up going home early out of frustration and the front desk couldnt have cared less.
Positives:
My wife left a couple of unique garments in the room and the hotel keeps on giving her the runaround, wither any concrete answers. Very upsetting.
